Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower “Wings”

Need something and yummy to serve at your next gathering? Or have an air-fryer your MIL gave you? This nut flour crusted cauliflower will hit the spot. Don’t forget to put some celery on the side!

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower 

1 cup almond or other plant-based flour

¾ cup water or plant milk

¼ cup (or less!) cholula sauce

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon each fine sea salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F or preheat an airfryer to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Chop cauliflower into florets. Combine flour, water or plant milk, cholula sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper into a bowl and stir to combine. Mix in the cauliflower, working to evenly coat.

  3. Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 25 to 35 minutes or air fry for 15 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and exterior is crispy.
