Please note: If using our “Bring a Partner” feature when adding on Meal Delivery or Kitchen Staples, all items will be delivered to the same address, so plan on enjoying your meals together too!
Doorstep Meal Delivery Available
Want to make it easier on yourself to succeed?
The Dr. Katie Detox has partnered with Chef Lisa of SoireeCT to provide doorstep meal delivery to Greenwich, Stamford, Norwalk, Westport, New Canaan, and Darien. Meals are prepared fresh each day and delivered to you each evening in preparation for the following day.
We have multiple options to make sure the program works for you. Choose ten-day meal delivery and leave mealtime entirely to us during entire Signature Detox, or choose five-day meal delivery so you can enjoy both cooking and convenience.
10-Day Meal Plan:
Each delivery includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the day, with optional intermittent fasting on day nine during breakfast and lunch. Available to Dr. Katie Detoxers for +$800 ($80 / day).
5-Day Meal Plan:
Each delivery includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the day, for five days. You can either front-load or back-load this meal plan onto your Detox. Available to Dr. Katie Detoxers for +$420 ($84 / day). All other days, simply follow our recipe guide to make your own delicious and nourishing meals.
Extended Delivery:
For those who live outside of the detox delivery area and would like to enjoy Soiree’s Meal Delivery during your Detox, contact our team to see if we can accommodate your location for an additional delivery fee (+$100).

Please note: We reserve the right to cancel meal delivery if minimum participation is not met, so tell your friends and bring a +1! Both meal delivery and kitchen staples are only available to Detoxers who are purchasing a Detox in the current season and who live within our standard delivery area. We are unable to ship at this time. For those who live outside of the detox delivery area and would like to enjoy Soiree’s Meal Delivery during your Detox, please contact our team to see if we can accommodate your location prior to purchasing.
